RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please keep in mind that our work is truly hand-made and our vintage pieces are "upcycled" or "modified originals". We use second-hand/vintage products in their creation. By ordering vintage pieces from us you agree that your piece will not look like new and may vary to some (usually very small) degree from what you see in the picture. 

 

What is your online return policy?

Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, simply return it to us. No questions asked.

Just make sure that you follow all the criteria below:

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Items must be unused, undamaged with all the original tags attached, ensuring that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

You have 28 days from the order ship date to get the return back to us in sunny Los Angeles. Do not send them back to the address on the package or no refund will be issued. The return address is:

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that all apothecary, beauty, lingerie, pierced jewelry, and sale items are final sale. 

Lushorama monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

What if my return is late?

All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received more than 28 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

 

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?

Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. What we do is receive your return and give you a store credit so you can place a new order with the correct size and color. We advise you measure yourself and compare it to the size chart in each product's descriptions to avoid any mistakes.

 

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our office and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

 

How do I return an order from within the U.S.?

Simply notify us by e-mail of your return at shoplushorama@gmail.com and tell us if you're requesting a refund or a store credit to exchange sizes or colors. Please return the product to the following address with a copy of your receipt sent to your e-mail:

How do I exchange a product?

You return your item to us, we give you a store credit and you purchase the correct item with your store credit.

All exchanges for store credit should be returned by mail within 7 days after the order was received.

Simply notify us by e-mail of your return for store credit and please include your order's receipt in the package (the one we sent to your e-mail). Return the product to our address located above. Once we've received your return, we will send you the store credit of the amount to make another purchase to your e-mail.

Items must be unused, undamaged with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
